This disc was recorded a few months ago at Bulb Top Studios. It was engineered and mixed by Dave Uchima and Art Guzman.

It includes the new song "Why"
and three bonus tracks. A new version of "Distrust" and two cover songs, "Mudshovel" by Staind and "New Pain" by Static x.
